Been busy whole day since starting of the mall.Heard from Mei Shan things aobut or senior staff. N Alice is so idiotic. 1st week days she was veri good.Fianlly saw her true colour. 知人知面不知心 。10am to 10pm... So tired. Today punch out at around nearly 11pm cos float out late. Tml morning shift... T_T Encountered quite a no. of demanding customer. Voucher thing & discounts are so complicated...

Today also busy... Winnie told me tat our manager receive a call from customer yesterday at the clothes she brought is 20% + 30% discount. But recipt is shown as 20% + 20% onli. Winnie ask me i remember anot. Impossible ma. 1 day few hundred customer i serve could not possible for me to remember ma. So she wan refund. & it was me when serving her. Is the tag problem. Wrong tag. So both party fault. After tat also busy with cashier. Winnie call me say tat cisco call & say tat our cashier was short of $200. & i was shocked. She ask me how much cash was profit yesterday. I could'nt remembered exactly. How possible. So many things to do & count ho possible i caould remember. I onli remember $900+. 5 cents. The rest i dun remember. Den the person say sorry wrong outlet. IS raffles place. WTF. Scared me sia. Tired la~ Tml opening of GSS to public. 9am must reach worlpalce. 9.30am mall is open. Walao eh so early.
